You need to drink a glass of water 30 minutes before every meal you eat. Don’t drink very cold water, the normal temperature or room temperature containing water is preferable.

Fruits & Salad:

In every diet meal plan, you should eat lots of salad and fruits. You can have the salad for breakfast, then a fruit in lunch or dinner. It does not matter which fruit you are eating unless you have an allergy on that fruit containing the chemical. A low glycemic index containing fruits will help you to control your body weight.

 

Coffee or Tea:

You need to drink a cup of coffee or tea at list one time in a day. The antioxidants from coffee and tea will increase the metabolic rate, but not an excessive amount.

Summary: Try to have one meal of the day with only green salad and fruit. This is tough I know. But it’s a part of very good diet meal plan. Any fruits like apple, mango, pineapple, strawberry, tomato, Naskapi. Try to eat a smaller size dish and control your mind.

If it’s not in control, no diet plan is effective for you. Don’t eat liquid calories like cold drinks. Try to work out regularly in open air. And don’t drink too much alcohol in any party. Don’t be excited and confused after seeing many foods at once; try to remember your motto. The key to a healthy life is to have a good diet meal plan.
